Brazilian, Computer Engineer, has over 15 years of experience in investment-related activities. He began his career in 2003 at The Boston Consulting Group, where he held the position of consultant and was responsible for positioning, strategy, market, and acquisition analysis until 2006. Later, he was an associate at GP Investimentos, principal at Actis, and director at H.I.G. Capital, responsible for the origination, analysis, execution, and monitoring of illiquid investments. Finally, he assumed the position of executive director at Mubadala Capital, where he is responsible for new investments in Brazil. He was a board member of BR Properties, Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional, CelLep Idiomas, Eletromidia, Office Total, and SuperCommerce. Currently, he is Chairman of the Board of MC Brazil Motorsport Holdings S.A., Rodovias do Brasil Holding S.A., and Concessionária Rota das Bandeiras S.A., and a board member of Refinaria de Mataripe S.A. He holds an MBA from Stanford GSB (2008) and a degree in Computer Engineering from UNICAMP (2003) and Telecommunications Engineering from Grenoble INP (2002). He currently serves as Investment Leader in funds managed by Mubadala Capital LLC or its affiliates ("Mubadala Capital"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company PJSC ("Mubadala"), which holds, controls, advises, and/or manages investment vehicles.

Mr. Renan has over 10 years of experience in investment-related activities. He began his career in 2012 at McKinsey & Co, where he held the position of consultant and was responsible for positioning, strategy, market, and acquisitions analysis. Later, he was an analyst at GP Investimentos (São Paulo) and associate at The Abraaj Group (Mexico City), responsible for origination, analysis, execution, and monitoring of illiquid investments within the infrastructure team. Finally, he assumed the position of Senior Principal at Mubadala Capital, where he is responsible for new investments in Brazil and monitoring of portfolio companies, serving on the Board of Directors of Clariens Educação S.A., Concessão Metroviária do Rio de Janeiro S.A., and Atvos Agroindustrial Participações S.A. He holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania (Lauder), and a degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).

Mr. Oscar was associated with the private equity and leveraged finance group at Advokatfirman Vinge KB (August 2003 to August 2005), associated with the leveraged finance area of SGCIB (January 2006 to April 2007), director at Terra Firma Capital Partners (April 2007 to November 2010), managing director of the office of Mubadala Development Company PJSC, the sovereign fund of the Abu Dhabi government in Brazil, overseeing and managing investment and asset management activities in Latin America, spanning various sectors including logistics, real estate, mining, and media/entertainment. Currently, he is CIO and head of Brazil at Mubadala Capital. Mr. Oscar is a Swedish citizen and holds a master's degree in law from Uppsala University, Sweden.

Mr. Santiago graduated in finance from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton) and holds an MBA from Harvard University. He worked in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) at Citigroup (August 2003 to July 2005), private equity (July 2005 to June 2007), and later as a portfolio manager and senior analyst (August 2009 to May 2017), both at Soros Fund Management, and is currently founder and CIO at Emerging Variant Capital Management (since 2017 to date).

Mr. Asad graduated in economics from Georgetown University and holds an MBA from Harvard University. He worked as an associate in mergers and acquisitions at Lazard (2000 to 2004), as director of acquisitions and investments at The Resource Group (TRG) (2004 to 2007), as partner and head of the London office at Wolfensohn Fund Management (2009 to 2015), as partner at Apis Partners (2015 to 2021), and is currently a partner at Affinity Partners (since 2021 to date).

Thiago is CEO of re.green, a leading company in high-quality ecological restoration on a large scale. Previously, he served as CEO of Hortifruti Natural da Terra, the largest fresh food retailer in Brazil, Technos Group, the largest watch industry in the country, and Submarino Finance, a pioneering fintech focused on internet consumer financing. Thiago began his career in finance at Morgan Stanley and GP Investimentos, and holds a degree in Economics from Harvard University, with postgraduate studies at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Alexandre has 25 years of experience primarily in the retail and consumer sectors. He began his career in 2000 at Organizações Globo, where he was involved in the launch of the Globo.com platform. He later joined Ambev, where he was responsible for the Brahma Beer business unit. He founded and led the strategic consultancy True Brand and Business, operating in Latin America. In 2011, he joined Burger King's team in the United States, where he served as President for North America until 2018. He then served in Canada as Global President of Tim Hortons, leading the international expansion of the brand to over 10 countries. He was also a director of Brinker International, owner of the Chili's Grill brand. Currently, he is a partner and Operating Partner at Garnett Station Partners in New York, overseeing various investment platforms of the company and serving as Chairman of the Board of Authentic Restaurant Brands, Fat Tuesday, and Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming. Additionally, he is a partner and advisor at QR Group – Burger King's Master Franchisee in Switzerland. Mr. Alexandre is a citizen of Brazil, the United States, and Luxembourg, holds an MBA from INSEAD (2003), and graduated in Business Administration/Finance from New York University – Stern (1999).

Mrs. Fernanda Ribeiro Borges Toscano holds a degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Uberlândia, with MBAs in Business Management and Project Management from FGV, and Digital Transformation from MIT. She has extensive experience in IT Management and Projects, having worked in multinational companies such as Claro, Sky, Solera, HDI Seguros, and Alelo (Veloe), with a 15-year career in the IT market. Her expertise includes Digital Transformation, setting up operations from scratch, value delivery, innovation, and leading multidisciplinary teams with over 500 professionals.

Ms. Mariane holds a degree in Social Communication and an Executive MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). She also completed the Stanford Executive Program in 2019 and the Executive Leadership program at Harvard Business School. Throughout her professional career, she has held prominent positions in renowned organizations such as Multiplan and BrMalls. In recent years, she served as CEO of GuardeAqui Self Storage and held advisory and board roles at Alphaville Urbanismo, Estapar, and Infotec Brasil.

Ricardo Camiz holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade de São Paulo (2001–2005), including an academic term at the Universitat de Barcelona in Spain. He has more than 20 years of executive experience in the consumer goods and food sectors, with a broad international track record. He began his career in financial institutions, working as an intern at Citibank (2002–2004) and Deutsche Bank (2004). He joined Ambev in 2006, where he remained for nearly two decades, building solid experience in regional management and commercial transformation across Latin America.

Brazilian, graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP), with additional academic programs at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and the London School of Economics (LSE). He has professional experience across investment banking, retail, industry, and technology, with a career distinguished by leadership roles in transformation and growth environments, both in private equity-backed companies and publicly listed corporations. He began his career in 2010 in Citi’s Equity Research division and, from 2011 to 2015, was part of Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking team. Between 2015 and 2019, he worked at RHI Magnesita, holding senior financial leadership roles, including Global Head of FP&A and CFO for the EMEA and Asia regions. He served as CFO of Bcredi from 2019 to 2020 and, from 2020 to 2023, as CFO of Tok&Stok. From July 2023 to June 2025, he was part of the executive leadership at Loja do Mecânico, first as CFO and later as CEO.
