ADR Program
Here you can find the main information for Zamp’s ADRs – American Depositary Receipts Program – Level 1, implemented on March 16, 2023.
Note that ADRs are an instrument created to make it easier for U.S. investors to trade shares of companies resident in countries other than the United States, with a specific number of shares represented by an ADR, which are priced and traded in U.S. dollars on U.S. stock markets. The payment of dividends for these shares is also made in dollars.
This Level 1 ADR Program aims to expand access for investors, especially those investors resident abroad, as well as to increase share liquidity. The Level 1 ADR Program does not imply any issuance of new shares.
